內分泌是什麼意思？
內分泌是指人體內一組分泌腺體，包括腦下垂體、甲狀腺、副甲狀腺、腎上腺、胰島細胞等，它們會釋放出不同種類的激素(hormones)進入血液循環系統中，並且影響身體的各種生理和代謝過程，如生長、發育、代謝、生殖等等。內分泌失調是指體內的激素分泌不平衡或過多/過少，可能會導致各種不良反應和疾病。
